Five days before the Annual Division Convention, Chapter Credentials shall be received by the Credentials Chairman.

Annual Division Convention shall be as near the third weekend in September as is possible.

Division Officer and Chairmen reports due to Division Recording Secretary by the end of the Annual Division Convention.

Division Officers and Division Chairmen send information to the Division Corresponding Secretary for inclusion in the Chapter President's Packet that will be distributed at the Annual Division Convention.

October

30 days after adjournment of the Annual Division Convention, Final Essay topics, along with checks for prizes to be awarded at next convention, shall be received by the Prize Committee Chairman (Essay Topic) and the Division Treasurer (check) with check made payable to: Alabama Division Treasurer

Chapter Treasurers collect Granddaughters, Great Granddaughters and Great, Great Granddaughters Club Dues, and maintains a list of payees and amount.

November 1
Chapters send report to the Division Magazine Chairman of the number of Chapter Members subscribing to the UDC Magazine and noting if 100% participation.

November 20
Prize Committee sends Awards checks, for publication in the General Handbook to the Recording Secretary General.

December

December 1
Manuscript of the Annual Division Yearbook and Minutes sent to printer.

Chapter Yearbooks sent to the Division President and the Division Historian and your District Director.

Division Officers and Division Chairmen send information to the Division Corresponding Secretary for inclusion in the Chapter President's Packets that will be distributed at Winter Board Meeting.

Winter Board - Mid Year Division Executive Board meeting. Chapter Annual Report Packets and District Annual Report Packets provided by Division Recording Secretary to Chapter Presidents, District Directors, and Division Officers.

Proposed amendments to Division Bylaws received by Bylaws Committee Chairman (odd-numbered years only)

Division Treasurer sends General per capita tax to Treasurer General

The Division Treasurer shall notify each President of a delinquent Chapter that unless per capita taxes are paid by April 1, said Chapter will be denied representation at Annual Division Convention.

Chapter dues must be paid for representation at the Annual Division Convention.

Division Scholarship Appliations from Chapter Second Vice Presidents due to Division Second Vice President.

Division Second Vice President will send reminder cards to college scholarship recipients reminding them to have their full transcript sent to her by 30 June.

Chapter election of officers - even numbered year - Note: A list of the new Chapter Officers must be sent to: Division President, Division Recording Secretary and District Director.

Memorandum of Facts for Military Service Awards to be bestowed at the next Annual Division Convention due to Division Recorder of Military Service Awards. All General and Division member essays, student essays, Fourth Grade Coloring Contest entries and all applications for Jefferson Davis Historical Gold Medal for consideration for Historical Evening presentation must be sent to the Division Historian.

General per capita tax received by Treasurer General for a member to be counted in Chapter voting strength or be eligibel to be a Delegate or an Alternate at meetings of the General Organization or the Division, or to hold a General or Division office, or to serve on a General, Divsiion or Chapter Committee.

Division Second Vice President notifies scholarship recipients of awards.

Chapter Standard of Excellence report to the Divisioin Chairman of this Committee.

UDC Magazine information for Alabama Special Issue due to Division Magazine Committee Chairman.

Officers and Chairmen expenses to Division President.

Division Chaplain sends special written Memorials to the Division Recording Secretary.

Mid July
Sixty days before the Annual Division Convention a Convention Call shall be sent to the Division Executive Committee, Past Division Presidents, Honorary Life Presidents of Division, Committee Chairmen, and Chapter Presidents. Any proposed amendments to the Bylaws (in odd-numbered years only) shall be included.

Division Second Vice President notifies colleges of recipients and awards for upcoming academic year.

Chapter Treasurers collect Real Granddaughters Club dues and submit to Division Real Granddaughter Club Treasurer.

District Directors send Annual Report to Chairman of Districts Committee and Division Recording Secretary.

Chapter Patriotic Activities Report to the Division Chairman of that Committee.

August 31
Chapter Chaplain's final Death Notice Forms for year sent to the Division Chaplain and her District Director.

Division Chaplain send Special Written Memorials for inclusion in the Division Yearbook and Minutes to the Division Recording Secretary.

Division Treasurer closes books for the fiscal year and books sent for audit.

All remaining committee reports due to the Division Recording Secretary.

Division Chaplain sends list of deceased Division Daughters to the Chaplain of General
