The monument sits in the
middle of the cemetery. It reads “The City of Portia and the City Council,” and
then list the names of the council. This cemetery has been fenced off and there
is a gate to go through to get into the cemetery. It is on Judge Alex Latham's
land. Many stones need repairs before they are lost. It is kept mowed by the
Judge.
