...A few guidelines, to make your lookup request more productive...

Please, ask for only one name per book.

Don't ask for all the xxx surnames in the book.
Volunteers soon become burned out and stop doing lookups if their services are abused.

Tell the volunteer which book you are requesting the lookup from.

An approximate time frame will help when asking for lookups.

If you have permission to do lookups from books you own and wish to be listed on this page,
e-mail AFHA web site coordinator.

If you want to do lookups for people on a temporary basis and would rather not be listed on this page,
please post a message on the AFHA e-mail list and tell the list members about the resources you have.
