In early 1996 Jeff Murphy put up the first genealogy webpage in Kentucky which shortly become known as KYGenWeb. By 1997 every state had a webpage and county pages in every state were being constructed. Jeff Murphy passed away in 2001 and our Genealogical community mourns his passing.
