MISSISSIPPI CO.: GAINES AND COLE Looking for information about Walter Michael GAINES, wife Fannie Elizabeth (COLE) GAINES. Michael (Mike) and Fannies lived in either Osecola or Wilson, AR. Not sure for hold long, but know for sure that they were there from possibly 1908 thru 1910. Fannie died Sept. 16, 1910 and is buried in Wilson, AR. I am unable to get a death cert. for Fannie because AR didn't start keeping death records until 1914. I have not been able to find out where Michael and Fannie was married. I found Michael with his parents on the 1900 Benton Co. census records. I found Fannie on the 1900 Tipton Co. census with her brother as head of household. I have checked with the newspaper in Osecola and they do not have their records back that long any more. The court house in Osecola does not not have any death records. I also checked the court house in Coverington (sis), TN (court hourse for Tipton Co), to see if I could find a marriage cert. for Michael and Fannie, I had no luck. I was not able to find Michael and Fannie listed on the 1910 Miss. Co. census. If you have any information. Please e-mail me at: JRBBGB@aol.com. Thank you,
