Taylor, Ella Mae Fuselier - Ella Mae Fuselier Taylor of Hot Springs went to be with the Lord on September 15, 2006, at Arkansas Hospice, a local hospital.
She was born in Deritter, Louisiana, on June 30, 1931, to Maurice and Ella Fuselier. She was a member of First Baptist Church having had many active years working with children at Second Baptist Church. Ella Mae retired from the Lakeside School System having served as secretary to primary and elementary principals for seventeen years.
Ella Mae leaves a husband of 58 years, C. R. "Bob" Taylor; daughter, Carol Rene Taylor of Hot Springs, Arkansas, daughter and son-in-law, Jana and Scott Becker of McKinney, Texas; two brothers, Johnny Janise of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Ernest Jay Fuselier of McDonough, Georgia; plus nieces; nephews; and two great-grandchildren, Juliet and Haley Branch.
She joins in Heaven her parents; her brother, Vernon Janise who was killed in action in World War II serving in the United States Army; sister, Genevieve Ferguson; and one grandson, Judd Branch.
Pallbearers will be Scott Becker, Kenneth Fuselier, Greg Monte, Ervin Thomson, Dick Wilkerson and Ron Holt.
Honorary pallbearers are Charles L. Fager, James Lacy, Dr. Martin Koehn, Dr. Ron Kaler, First Baptist Bible Learner Class and Arkansas Hospice nurses and staff.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, September 18, 2006, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John McCollum officiating.
Burial will be at Morning Star Cemetery.

Taylor, Vera Holland - Vera K. Taylor, 75, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, April 17, 2008. She was born July 7, 1932, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to the late Jim and Ruby Keller Holland. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Boyce R. "Bud" Taylor; one daughter, Vicki Brown and her husband Mac Thompson of Cabot, Arkansas; two sons, Micheal Taylor of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Mark Taylor and his wife Judy of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one sister, Tiny Kassaw and her husband Glenn of Hot Springs, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and many Nieces, Nephews and Friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Taylor; 3 sisters and 1 brother. Pallbearers will be Jim Boothman, Phillip Taylor, Terry Ford, Dwight Ford, Steve Ford, and Ronnie Ford. Honorary Pallbearers will be Glenn Kassaw, Rick Boothman, Chris Taylor, Loyd Wacaster, and Howard Mooney. Funeral service will be at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 PM Monday, April 21, 2008, with Bro. Coy Samples and Bro. Jim Freeman officiating. Turpin, Patricia Ann Moore - Patricia Ann Turpin, 70, of Hot Springs died Friday, December 27, 2002, in a local hospital.
Born March 17, 1932, at Hot Springs to Gladys Mae and Roland W. Moore, she was a member of Grand Avenue Methodist Church, active in Hot Springs Class Reunion plannings for Class of 1950 and past volunteer at St. Joseph's Mercy Health Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Turpin, Sr., and one son, Robert C. Turpin, Jr.
Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Carol Bryant and Tricia and Greg Taylor all of Hot Springs; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Etta and Bruce Willis of Huntsville, Alabama, Connie and Roger Buckley of Gulf Shores,
Alabama; three granddaughters, Crystal Carpente,r Brittany Taylor, and Catherine Bryant all of Hot Springs; and two grandsons, Trey Turpin of Carrollton, Texas, and James Bryant II of Hot Springs.
The service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Gross Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Eric Capaci officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. John Bond, Glenda Hartley RN, Teresa Noblett RN, Gail Phillips RN, National Park Medical Center Home Touch Health Care, Gospel Light Baptist Church, Betty and Carl Merritt, Burla Love, and Teeney Toatley.
