He is the son of Samuel Ogden Edison Jr & Nancy Matthews & was born Feb 11, 1847 Milan OH, died Oct 18, 1931.
He married (1) Mary Stilwell 1871. Their children: Marion Estelle "Dot", Thomas Alva Jr "Dash" & William Leslie
He married (2) Mina Miller & their children were Madeleine, Charles & Theodore
