Marriage Books Main Menu

1.  Clicking on a person's name in the index will give you data
     abstracted from the actual marriage records recorded in the
     marriage books at the Court House in Des Arc.

2.  Clicking on the down arrow on the right side of the couples
     surnames will produce the abstracted data. Some records
     contain more data than others.

3.  Watch for another down arrow in the bottom right corner.
     Most records end with the book & page but some may have
     a note at the end.

If you don't find your ancestors in this book, DON"T GIVE UP! Since Prairie County has two court houses, records for the same time period often overlap into more than one book. All the records uploaded thusfar are from marriage books in the Court House at Des Arc. Additional books, including those at DeValls Bluff, will be added as time allows.
