WILL OF GEORGE WHITE 24, MAY 1877
I George White of the County Of Wayne state of Tennessee do make and publish this my last will
and testament hereby revoking and void all other wills by me at any time made. ______ is to say first
of all I will take as soon after my death as ________ _________ remains be consigned to the grave
in a plain matter on my own premises at a spot know to my family. And that my burial expense be
paid as soon as convenient out of any monies that I may die _________ or may first come into the
hands of my executor here after appointed.
Secondly, I will and bequeath to my wife Susan White all the
land_____________________________________________________
also I will to my wife one boy mare, one ________ cow and calf one choice sow and piggs, with three
_______ other piggs, also two bee hives. I futher give my said wife all house hold and kitchen furnitur
also a small amount of ______ which she has in her possesion.
Thirdly, I will that my executor as soon as he qualifes as convenient procede to sell at public sale on
credit of twelve months all my ____________ able property farming tool, smith tools, and _______
grain, ______ _______ ______ enought to support my said wife at the discretion of my executor.
Fourly, I will and direct at the death of my wife the land were I now live be divided ______ between
my sons George White and Samuel WHite and my daughters Racheal Mosier and Nancy White which
they may divide themselves and my sell to another_______________________ .
Fiftly, I direct that at the death of my wife ________ of land on Hardin Creek in Wayne county
Tennessee and in _________ be sold to the first bidder at public sale on a credit of ________ months
and the proceeds raising therefore with the proceed raising from the sale of my other property with
all the money that I may die ________ or may come in to the hand of my executor be equally
divided amongst my heirs George White, Samuel White, Racheal Mosier, Nancy White, Elmira Mosier,
and the lawful heirs of Minor White deceased.
Explaning as __________
I having previously given to Minor White and to Elmira Mosier land warrants of 80 Arces is the
reason that my will states they do not share in my home tract of land.
Sixth, I futher direct that my hiers living on my land pay no
