"This is my Mom, Ruth Potter Bradford and my Grandma Maggie Bradford at Eglantine where Grandma and Grandpa lived before selling it to Albert Johnson and moved to Clinton.. A tornado blew it away and another house built to replace it. I have a lot of good memories there."

"Ural Ervin "Jack" Potter is husband of Bessie Shelton Potter and is my Mom's dad. He was son of James Timothy Potter and Lillie Cody of Higden. Jack and Bessie lived Eglantine on the Old Doc Hall place for a time as my Mom, her sister and brother were born there His real name is Ural Ervin but was never called anything but Jack except by my Grandma Bess and she always called him Buster."

204, William R. and Alice Arnold | William R. Arnold and wife Allice Hodge Arnold. Will was the son of James C Arnold and Elizabeth Bennett, he was born about 1859 in Van Buren county Arkansas. In the early 1880's they moved to East Texas and raised a family of 8 children, William Gipson (born in Choctaw Arkansas, Mable, Bennett Sylvestor, Maud E, James Maxey, Mary Irene, Miles, and Mirta Mae. Will was a part time traveling minister for the Methodist Church. Will and Allice are laid to rest in Elizabeth, Louisiana. Submitted by Roxie Bishop
