Building 82

Gray House

at Traverse City State Hospital

The building now designated Building 82 was built in 1931. It is a two-story, neo-Georgian, clapboard-style house.

This house now stands unused, but in good shape, as the easternmost of a row of three historic State Hospital houses.

In September of 1999, it was renovated for private residential use. This changed the outside appearance very little.
