Rochester State Hospital

The main building of this mental hospital built on the Kirkbride plan is long gone. Some of the buildings remain, including one used for a juvenile prison. It is located on the east site of Rochester, Minnesota, near the quarry. Rochester is most famous for the Mayo Clinic which is located downtown.
