In 2009 the Genealogical Society Gladstone District Inc., celebrates 25 years of operation,
firstly as a branch of the Genealogical Society of Queensland Inc.,
then moving into the new millennium as an entity in its own right.

The Genealogical Society Gladstone District Inc. is compiling a Pioneer Register
of families who lived in Gladstone and the Port Curtis region pre 1929.
