Searching our catalogue

To install Adobe reader click

1. Select the link on left to open up our catalogue (allow a minute)

2. To search, hold down the control key and press "F", this brings up the "Find"  box, or click the arrow beside the "Find" box at the top of this page and select "Open full reader search" and enter your word in the box at the left side of screen

3. In the "Find" box  type the word you wish to locate, e.g. "cemeteries", and press the  "Enter" key -  the first occurrence of your word will be located. To move through the list either press "Enter" or click on the "Find next" button in the box.

NB: Please look under "A, An, The" when these words are used to start a title.

4. To close the catalogue and return to this page, click on the "X" button at the  top right-hand of  the screen.
 

Over the years we have built up an extensive, ever increasing collection of resources (there's no stopping our Librarian Lyn!!) The collection includes, amongst many other items, Birth, Death and Marriage Indexes, Passenger Indexes and Lists, Cemetery Records, Family Histories and Local Histories. Many items have been generously donated by members and friends of the Society, for which we thank them.

We welcome all contributions to our collection.

  Local history

All local history resources are listed in the library catalogue above, however, we are planning for the future, to provide you with a separate list of these materials specifically about the people and places of Mildura and our surrounding area.
