Submission Guidelines
- Most critical step: Abide by all copyright laws.
- Published Biographies with copyright prior to 1922 are considered usuable
for extracting and submitting.
- To prepare the copy for submitting--place a heading at the top of
the biography to identify the name of source book, author and publication date.
- Please include your own identification at the conclusion of each biography in the
following format: Submitted by: Your name with email address.
- If you are the author or compiler of the manuscript biography, please include
the the following: copyright (c) Your name and year.
Biographies are best received as an attachment to your email rather than included in the body of the email. Direct all questions by clicking: ApacheCountyCoordinator
