WELCOME
The
Sun City Vistoso Genealogical Society's purpose is to provide its members with
genealogical information via speakers, classes and facilities, and with support and fellowship in the
search for their past. Membership is limited to Sun City Vistoso residents who
are paid members of the Sun City Vistoso Association.
If Sun City Vistoso becomes your home and genealogy is your one of your
interests, we welcome you and hope you will consider joining our Society.
Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday monthly (October - May) 1-3 PM in
the Navajo Room, Social Hall.
- On the Genealogy News page, you will
find information about our various methods of communication. Pressing on the AncestorE
News name will bring up the current copy of our monthly
bulletin.
- The Yearly Calendar shows the monthly
General Meetings with speaker information. Other local genealogical
activities are listed as well.
- On the Activities page you can learn about
the ongoing events of the Society, especially those in our Family
History, Education & Research Center.
- If you are interested in the Officers, Committees and Special Interest
Groups, the Organization page is the place to go.

- The Society
operates under the auspices of the Sun City Vistoso Community
Association, inc. (SCVCAI) and in compliance with its bylaws and
regulations. We do not conduct our business or obligate funds in the
name of SCVCAI. ALL persons having a current SCVCAI membership are
eligible for membership in the Society. Annual dues are $15.
per individual and $25. per dual membership. Lifetime memberships are
no longer available. Our membership year begins the first day of July
and ends the last day of June.
