Rechartering in Vancouver
New Caledonia Chapter, Vancouver, British Columbia, is located on the west coast of Canada, a few hours north of Seattle. Our membership extends throughout the entire province of British Columbia.
The chapter was founded in Kelowna, British Columbia, February 1988, by organizing regent Helen Stewart. In 2001, regent Alys Monod moved the chapter to Vancouver. Past regent Abbie Thompson and current regent, Lil Heselton, worked to increase membership. In 2003, Susan Conger, Units Overseas chairman and Anna Harder attended a luncheon to install Carolyn Kramer as regent.
Our chapter membership, which began in 2001 with only 3 members, has increased to a vibrant 26 members. New Caledonia Chapter sponsors many worthwhile and wonderful projects.
