Began assembling the pages necessary to put up a Rocky Mountain Region
presence in association with the BCGenWeb site which is a component of
the Canadian Genealogical Web site. It in turn is affiliated with
the World Genealogical Web Sites Project.

Also began looking for the following:

1. A 'web-master' to take over and manage this site... it is being set
up by the BCGenWeb Coordinator in order that someone can just step in and
grow the site ... ideally someone (or some ones who could work together)
from the regional area ... but don't let geographical impediments be in
your way ... if you live in, have lived in, or a researching for ancestors
or genealogical data within the region, you also could operate this site.

2. Any genealogical organizations or data which are known to exist in
the Region, or are available, or exist and should be available, either
through a presence on the web, in books, census information, Museums, Societies,
or whatever. These are perfect candidates to be known more
widely for the genealogical data and information they could provide.
