Description of Sections

The following are descriptions of the sections in Green Mountain Cemetery as depicted by the online maps linked below:

B – Garden of Blessings
In the center of Section B are single graves Rows A through N with grave spaces 1 through a possible 41.
A few lots in Section B are divided into small spaces for babies.
There are spaces around the edge of these rows.
Creek Space in section B are new spaces along the creek.

C – Garden of Conviction
A few of these lots have been divided into small spaces for babies, such as 563, 562, and 509 which are together, divided.
Creek Space is in Section C, spaces along the creek.
In the center of Section C are single graves Rows A through I with grave spaces 1 through a possible 46.

D – Garden of Devotion
A few of these lots have been divided into small spaces for babies.
There is an urn row near the center.
There are areas A, B, C in the center.

E – Garden of Eternity
In the Center are single graves Rows A through F, numbered 1 to 44.

K – Garden of Knowledge

L – King David, Jewish Section
There is King David and King David II. King David II is also called New Jewish.
King David II is west of the road west of section K.
Bonai Shalom and Ha Har Shem are included in this section.

M – Garden of Sunset
M has lettered lots A through M and each lettered area (except H, L, and M) has 32 grave spaces. (ex. M B 21)
M has a border around it called a Berm.
M Family Estates is a private mausoleum for the Wu Family.

P – Garden of Peace
P has lettered areas inside – A through F

T – Garden of Trinity
T has lots 1 through 284,
Single grave spaces with lettered rows A through H, numbered 1 through 64.
Also, there are single grave spaces A through L.

U – Garden of Unity
Lots 1 through 205
There are no spaces close to the creek.
“U A 4” means Section U Row A Space 4

V – Garden of Victory
To the west in Victory are Lawn Crypts. Two crypts are stacked in one space. “Victory Lawn Crypt 9” is an example.
Victory Lawn Crypts were begun about 1990. They were renumbered at some point.
“U/L” refers to Lawn Crypt

Garden of Christus
Locations are written “Christus 115 B” plus the number of grave.

Garden of Gethsemane
Lots numbered, then lettered followed by a grave room number (ex. Geth 36 C 3)
Babyland (abbrev. “BL”) are lots divided into small spaces for babies

Flatirons Grandeur Cremation Garden
Called Grandeur in this index so not to confuse with Flatirons Columbarium.
This is also called “Rock Garden” but there may be more rock gardens in the future so this one should always be called Grandeur.

Foothills Columbarium by the Front Gate
Rows A through G vertically with numbers 1 through 12 horizontally (ex. Foothills G 1)

Green Mountain Mausoleum (there are many divisions)
Alcove of Love – Chapel interior north side, Levels 1 through 5, niches A through L (ex. Love Lev 1 E)
Alcove of Peace – Chapel interior south side, Levels 1 through 5, niches M through A (ex. Peace Lev 5 M)
Garden of Angels – North exterior – Levels 1 through 5, niches MB through XB (ex. Angels Lev 2 TB)
Garden of Eden – South exterior – Levels 1 through 5, niches AA through AL (ex. Eden Lev 1 AA)
Garden of Sunrise – east niches – Levels 1 through 4, niches AZ through TZ (ex. Sunrise Lev 4 BZ)
Garden of Sunset – west niches – Levels 1 through 4, niches A through T (ex. Sunset Lev 4 B)

Baseline Columbarium – This is a new Columbarium to the North of the Mausoleum. (ex. Baseline Tier A B 3)

Alcove of Light – Also called Glass Front; a new area in the Mausoleum.

Evergreen Columbarium
Niches North and South Face Tiers A, B, C; Rows 1-8. (ex. Evergreen s Face A 1)

Flatirons Columbarium
Niches North and South Face Tiers A, B, C; Rows 1-8 (ex. Flatirons s Face A 4)
