Att a Council table holden att the house of Mr Anthony Peniston, Senr, att the fflatts on Thursday the 20th August 1696.

Capt Wm OuterbridgeMr Secretary Trott read several papers from England with the Association to be signed in these Islands Which his Excellency the Governor offered to the Councill for their Concurrence Which they readily complied with. Declared by his Excellency the Governor that hee hath considered of what was proposed between himself and Mr Richier. Ann hee is now resolved with the Advice of this board to proceed exactly according to the Kings Order in that behalf.
