Capt Francis Jones and Malichy Hall were chosen in the room of Capt Thomas Parsons and Capt William Outerbridge and were qualified on that day. Capt Francis Jones was appointed to a committee along with Capt Richard Gilbert, Capt Thomas Smith, Mr Nathaniel Butterfield, and Mr John Darrell to meet the Committee of the Council, about the habeas Corpus Act.
