Minutes of HM Council: 9 November 1696
At a Council Table held att the same Place on the 9th of the same month of November 1696. Present:
His Excellency the Governor and the several members above and also Capt John Tucker.
On a hearing of the cause betweene Thomas Forster and Kesiah his wife comp.lts and William Wilkinson, Robert White and Sarah his wife dfts. Adjudged that a writt of partition bee issued out against the dfts. ffor the equal parting and divideing the two southside shares of land now in question into halves or two equall parts according to forme and order of law in such cases used. And that the dfts. pay costs of suite in this court as by the same shall be taxed.
