In the name of God- Amen- I Margaret Albuoy of Smith's Parish in the islands of Bermuda, widow and relict of John Albuoy formerly of the same place, master mariner, now deceased, do make, publish, and declare this my last will and testament, in manner and form following...
First- I will and desire that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid as speedily as may be after my decease.
Secondly- I give, devise, and bequeath unto my two daughters, Harriett Albuoy, and Anna Albuoy, all real estate, and personal estate, and effects of every nature and description whatsoever, which might belong to me at the time of my death, or I may be entitled to, to have and to hold same to my said two daughters, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, equally to be divided between them as tenants in common.
Lastly- I hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made, and declare this and this only to be my last will and testament; whereof I do nominate and appoint my said daughters Harriett Albouy and Anna Albouy have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty one.
signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Margaret Albouy as __ __ her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who in her presence, at her request, and in the presence of each other, have heretofore set our names as witnesses: the same Margaret Albouy being at the time of the execution thereof of sound mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of our judgement.
