In the name of God Amen, the 29 day of November 1726, I Joseph (Brownlow of-torn off)
Warwick Tribe in the Sommer Islands als Bermuda, mariner, being very sick and ___ of perfect mind and memory, my thanks be given unto God, therefore calling unto mind the __ and knowing that is appointed for all men __ to dye, do make and ordain this my last (will) that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God and my body I commend to the earth to be buried in decent Christian buriall at the discretion ___ nothing doubting but at the generall ressurection I shall receive the same again by the ___ of God, and as ___ ___ worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in ___, devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form after my debts andjust charges are paid and discharged.
I give and bequeath to Hannah my dearly beloved wife that piece and parcell of land___ her forever and to her disposing off as she shall think fitt, and I likewise give to my loving wife half of my dwelling house and one half of that piece and parcell of land belonging to my __ house, that is to say, the one half of the land which I bought of Benjamin Robinson during her natural life, and likewise I give her one third of my personall estate.
I give to my well beloved son Samuel Brownlow the other half of my dwelling house and the other half piece and parcell of land belonging to my said dwelling house, being half of that land, which I bought from Benjamin Robinson to him and heirs forever being lawfully begotten of his body and __ to my son Samuel Brownlow one full third part of my personall estate to the help of bringing him up and giveing him learning. Only the c___ chamber in my dwelling house excepted is ___ to be possessed and enjoyed when he shall arrive at the age of twenty one years or the day of marriage.
I give to my well beloved daughters Annah and Deborah Brownlow that piece and parcell of land that I bought of John Harriott equally to be divided between them and to their heirs forever and if either of my said two daughters Annah Brownlow and Deborah Brownlow should die before or without issue, then I give the land piece and parcell to the surviving ___. I give to my said two daughters Annah and Deborah one third part of my personal (estate to be) equally divided between them and the C--- chamber in my said dwelling house ___ daughters for their abode till such time as my son Samuel Brownlow shall ___this bequeathment each shall enjoy it on the day of marriage and not before if not before the decease of my wife> To my daughter Deborah I give one silver porringer before division of my estate.
Likewise I constitute, make and ordain my loving brothers John Brownlow and Israel Brownlow and my loving wife whole and sole executors of this my last and testament and I do hereby ___ disallow, revoke, and dis__ all and every other former testaments, wills, legacies, ___ments and executors by me in any way before named, willed and bequeathed, rectifying and ___ing this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have herunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

These are to certifye that this 30th day of August 1728, personally appeared before the President and Ordinary aforesaid, Richard Jones and John Hill and severally made oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they saw the within named Joseph Brownlow sign, seal and delier the written will as his act and deed.
