Capt. Josias Forster authorized the Sheriff to deliver to John Cox possession of two shares of land in Devonshire which lately did belong to Roger Wood and by his last will give to John Cox and at the same time on same warrant did give to Isabell Cox a share in Hamilton Tribe given unto her by Capt. Roger Wood in his last will upon which Henry Bishop dwelleth.
