In the name of God, Amen, the twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord Christ 1732/3 and in the sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 2nd King over Great Britain and defender of the faith. I Moore Darrell of Warwick Tribe in these islands Esq'r being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following.

My will is that my two shares of land or reputed two shares of land scituate lying and being in Warwick Tribe whereon my dwelling house now stands be divided and parted easterly and westerly from the southermost part of the tribe belonging to Maj'r John Tucker now in the possession of Joseph Burt to the southermost part of the stone wall on the lands now the house of Sam'l Darrell, the southermost part of my s'd two shares of land being divided and parted as afore'd together with my now dwelling house and out houses I give unto my dear and loving wife Mary Darrell for and during her naturall life.

Item. My will is that the northermost part of my said land divided as aforesaid be divided into two equal parts northerly and southerly. The westermost part thereof I give and devise unto my son William Darrell and to his heirs male lawfully to be begotten of his body for ever and in case my said son shall die and leave no lawfull issue male of his body begotten, then I give said land unto my son John Darrell and to his heirs male lawfully begotten or to be begotten of his body for ever.

Item. The northermost part of my said land being divided as aforesaid, I give and devise the eastermost part htereof unto my aforesaid son John Darrell and to his heirs male lawfully begotten or to be begotten of his body for ever.

Item. I also give and devise unto my said son John Darrell after the decease of my aforesaid wife, my now dwelling house and out houses and the southermost part of my said two shares of land and to his heirs male lawfully begotten or to be begotten of his body for ever and in case my said son John Darrell shall die and leave no lawfull issue male of his body begotten, then I give all the above mentioned lands and houses unto my aforesaid son William darrell, and to his heirs male lawfully to be begotten of his body for ever.

Item. I give and devise unto my son Robert Darrell and to his heirs alwfull to be begotten of his body for ever my common land scituate lying and being in Warwick Tribe now in the occupation of David Conyers Sen'r containing by estimation one acre and a half be the same more or less. An in case my said son Robert Darrell shall die and leave no lawfull issue, then I give the said common land unto my daughter Mary Lightborn and to her lawfull issue for ever.

Item. I give and devise unto my son James Darrell and to his heirs lawfully to be begotten of his body my half acre or reputed half acre of land scituate lying and being in Southampton Tribe and my store house now building thereon which said store house my will is shall be finished out of my personall estate before any division thereof be made in such manner as my executrix and executors hereafter named shall think fitt and in case my son James Darrell shall die and leave no lawfull issue, then I give the said store house and half acre of land unto my said daughter Jane Darrell and to her lawfull issue.

Item. I give and bequeath my dear and loving wife.

signed, sealed, and declared by the above named Moor Darrell to be his last will and testament in the presence of us.

Mary Darrell aforesaid such part of my personall estate as my said wife received out of the estate of her aunt Mary Green late of Paget Tribe dec'd to be by her my said wife disposed of according to the order and direction of the said Mary Green in and by her last will and testament and not otherwise.

Item. I give and bequeath one third part of all the rest and residue of my personal estate unto my aforesaid wife and the other two thirds parts, I give and bequeath equally to be divided amongst all my children and it is my will that such of my children as have received any things out of my estate be accountable for the same according to the value thereof at the time the same was had.

And lastly I appoint my two sons John Darrell and William Darrell executors and my loving wife Mary Darrell aforesaid executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand and seal to each sheet the day and year in the first sheet written.

Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the testator Moore Darrell to be his last will and testament in the presence of us.

These are to certify that this 27th of September 1733 personally appeared before me the Governor aforesaid Benj'n Tucker, Mr Joseph Darrell, and Mr Joseph Watlinton who severally made oath on the Holy Evangelists that the above and before written will contained in two sheets of paper was signed, sealed, published, and declared by Moor Darrell Esq'r late dec'd to be his last will and testament in the presence of the said deponents and that at the time of doing thereof he the said testator was of sound and perfect mind and memory, to the best of their judgement.

In testimony whereof I the Gov'r aforesaid have here unto set my hand the day and year above written.
