Lawrence Dill Esq, aged 56 years being duly sworne before ye Honble, ye Councell deposeth & saith yt he being a member of ye late Assembly doth not remember yt he ever saw any articles exhibited before ye Assembly by Mr Willm Righton Senr agt. ye late GoverE Henry Durham but hath heard hath severall people talke yt there was such a thing done & further saith not.
