To all Christian people to whom these presents shall come I Benjaman Dunscomb and my wife send greetings in our Lord God everlasting. Know ye that I Benjamen Dunscomb and my wife for and in consideration of the love good will and affection which I have and do bear toward my loving children we have given and granted and by these presents do freely clearly and absolutely give and grant at our deaths to our two youngest daughters Mather and Jiny Dunscomb my house which I now live in and two fifths of an acre the southermost part bounded by the glebeland on the east by Mr John Beaks on the south by Capt Nelmes land on the west and the remainder three fifths for my other three children all wich acres of land and house I can claim as in right my own in whose custody or possession soever it be remaining or bring to have and to hold unto the said children their heirs executors and from hence forth as their proper right absolutely without any maner of or condition as we the said Benjaman Dunscomb and my wife have absolutely and of our own accord set and put in further testimony. In witness whereof we have hereunto put our hand and seals the twenty sixth day of September in the Reign of our Soveriegn Lord George the third King of Great Britain and in the year of our Lord God 1776.
