In ye time of ye Rt Honble Coll. Richard Cony.
Capt Fra. Tucker aged about 60 years being of ye Councell & then sitting ye GoverE & many of ye Councell then pEsent and many people, Mr Willm. Milborne made a great knowcking at ye door & when they would not forebear I was constrained to rise up & open ye door & bid the people have patience & they should be heard for ye Councell was in earnest business and further saith not. This was about March 1683/4 or thereabout.

And Mr Milbourne tould me if I had not come to them they would have broken ye door open.
Sworne to before ye Councell ye 10th day of Augt 1686- Capt John Hubbard Dept Sher & Mr John Huchins Councellr attest ye same above written attestacon except ye last article said by Wm Milbourne.
