La Garza
"La Garza", a vessel of Juan Bermudez touched the islands in
1515. Bermudez is said to have discovered the islands in 1503.

1560 to 1570. Frenchman Captain Russel or Roussel, shipwrecked. His ship struck
a reef and was so badly holed that lives were lost. Russel and the remainder of
his crew made a smaller boat out of materials from the perished ship and sailed
