deposition before His Majesty's Council, 12 August 1686
The attestacon of Anthony White aged 40 years or thereabt being duly sworne before ye Honble ye councell deposeth & saith yt when he was a member of ye late Assembly he doth not remember yt he did see any articles produced to ye Assembly agt ye late GoverE Henry Durham but did hear it discoursed by some members of the Assembly in ye time of their sitting, that Mr Willm Righton Senr had brought or sent to ye Assembly some articles agt ye aforesaid Durham and yt they were sent to ye GoverE (as I was tould) from ye Assembly and further saith not.
