Hunter Bartlett, Published by the "Fox, Ellicott, Evans Fund, Ivy Hill Forest, Cocleysville, Maryland, 1882 & 1976. Library of Congress Catalog # 75-37006 Originating from Counties of England, the Fox, Ellicott & Evans families tell their story. Quakers, the story starts in the 1400's and travels to America in the 1700's and to the present. Many influencial families, mostly Quakers, settle in Maryland and Pennsylvania between the 1600's and 1800's. Very thorough genealogies. STH

Descendants of East Tennessee Pioneers, Colonel Samuel Wear, inter-marriage with the Eslinger's, some of both families migrated to Georgia and Arkansas. Wear Families from Northern Ireland and Eslinger (Esslinger) Families form Wuertemburg, Germany. CS3

"The Divine Covenant in Pious Households from 1711 - 1891 Rev. Danial Lawrence Hughes, Rev. J.L. Landis, pub, 1891. 160-page family history written by my maternal great-great-great uncle which covers 150-years of family history in and around Cape May, N.J. Major allied families coverd: Hughes, Lawrences, Eldredges, and Fosters. Also, many of their descendants. Much vital statistics, photos, and some biographical info on the major personalities. Author used about 80% primary sources when compiling this publication. Copies of the "DC" are currently microfiled in the Library of Congress, Washington, D.C. in thier genealogical Holdings. One can find it via their catalogue using either title or publisher. Two remaing physical copies remain in the families of two of the author's decendants. AC2

I wish to contribute my family tree to this listing. Surnames RETZER, RIETZ, WASSERMANN, GRABINGER, HELMINGER, HURIAS, SCHUMACHER are the major names, residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and Illinois. JLR

"Jones-Easter-Black-Foster Family Records." compiled by David Tracey Jones in 1930. The book is a bound volume of copied hand-written pages. I made a copy of it at the New York State Library in Albany. Includes decendents of Nicholas Easter and Margaret Ayers (Ayres as it appears in this document). RVW

Contains information on Ammerman, Beals, Bount, Brown, Cathey, Farr, Ferguson, Forbes, Fuller, Gallup, Gentry, Greeson, Landrus (Landers, Landres), Parr, Parsons, Schee, Smith, Sparks, White, and Williams surnames. Volume one produced in 1958 by a Landrus decendant. Some source information is listed in the text, however some information listed does not have a source identifying where/how the information was proven. FB

Includes numerous family names of people having emigrated from French Lorraine to the USA and Canada (all names are indexed), a detailed history of the emigration, settlements, parishes; a history of Catholic orders in North American. A very useful book, very hard to find. JPR

Herkimer progenitor is Johan Jost Herkimer (1700-1775), father of General Nicholas Herkimer and 12 others. KLB
