"Luxembourgers in the New World (Volume 1, and 2)." Reprint of Nicholas Gonner work, self published in Iowa in 1889. Nicholas Gonner (1835-1892) came to America in 1866 and began collecting information about the Luxembourger settlements in this country. He was editor of the Luxembourger Gazette and also the Catholic weekly of Iowa. The publication retains the essence of Gonner's study and expands on it. DB8
