Marj writes: "I simply took the text genealogical file of the Talley book and created a GEDCOM from it. Then, I supplemented it by including references which were shown in the narrative portion of the book. Since the printed file was rather simple, I simplified the GEDCOM. All comments are listed under "notes," and individual sources are not shown. I simply state that the Talley book is the source for all information."
There are two Talley GEDCOM files available for downloading. In some browsers, you can simply click on the link to automatically download it to your computer. In other browsers, the file will display in your browser window, after which you can select "SAVE AS" from the FILE menu, and save to your computer as a text file. Open in your favorite genealogical software program (using the "IMPORT GEDCOM" function).
