Amador County Archives
This is an index of items in the inventory of the Amador County Archives which includes a variety of documents, ledgers, photographs and miscellaneous ephemera relating to the county and its residents, past and present. Each item is referenced and cross-referenced to related names, dates, and places, making this list a valuable tool for genealogists and researchers. If you wish to contact the Amador County Archives about a specific item... or if you would like to visit the Archives and see the item in person, you should make note of the accompanying accession number assigned to that item. This numbering system begins as a single digit 1. for the first item accessioned, and continues through the document in numerical order. Accessioning numbers always include at least one decimal, and may consist of several digits separated by decimals.

If you have Amador County related materials that you would like to donate to the Archives, or if you would like to make a monetary contribution, please contact either the Archivist, Larry Cenotto, or Henry Mace to make the necessary arrangements.
