Mission StatementThe Conejo Valley Genealogical Society was established in 1979 to further interest, education and knowledge in geanealogy/history and to provide fellowship among those interested in these subjects. This nonprofit Society serves the entire Conejo Valley, consisting of Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and several surrounding neighboring communities. LocationWe are located in the Conejo Valley of Southern California. The Conejo Valley is in the eastern end of Ventura County about 40 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles and 10 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean. Our meetings are held in the Marvin E. Smith Community Room at the Grant R. Brimhall Library in the city of Thousand Oaks, California. |
