	Theodore Ferdinand Bagge is an Assemblyman for Alameda County, having been elected on 
the Democratic ticket in 1875.  Is a native of Denmark, and arrived in California December 30th 
1851.  His occupation embraces farming, gardening and manufacturing hermetically-sealed goods, 
being a member of the firm of James King of William & Co., San Francisco.  He is an old resident 
of Oakland, and has grown with its growth, being indebted altogether to his perseverance and 
industry for his present independent position.  He is a married man, 56 years of age, and, as is 
well known, an ardent Democrat.
