	farmer and stock raiser; lives six miles from Folsom, and 
seventeen miles from Sacramento; Post Office, Folsom; owns three hundred and ten 
acres of land, valued at $3500; born in Ireland in 1839; lived there and engaged 
in farming until 1866; then came to the United States, landed in New York City, 
and immediately started for California, via the Isthmus of Panama; settled in 
this county, where he has since been engaged in farming and stock raising.
