RALPH HAGAN, Los Angeles Born at St. Paul, Minn., May 13, 1872. Public school education; came to Los Angeles, 1884; graduated from the Medical Department of the University of Southern California January 4, 1895. Served as druggist in Los Angeles County Hospital 1893-5; House Surgeon in same Institution 1895-6; Police Surgeon City of Los Angeles 1897-1901; in general practice since that time. Now Consulting Surgeon Sisters' Hospital. Police Commissioner City of Los Angeles 1904-5. Life member Los Angeles Athletic Association, prominent Mason, a life member and past exalted ruler Los Angeles Lodge Elks No. 99, and member Sierra Madre Club. Married May 12, 1897, to Mamie Berke, native of Northfield, Minn., and one of the society leaders of Los Angeles.
