LaRUE a farmer near Davisville, Yolo County, is a son of H. M. and Elizabeth (Lizenby) LaRue, and was born four miles from Sacramento, September 19, 1859. In 1870 he moved into Sacramento city, where he received his education, graduating in 1880 from the University of California at Berkeley with the degree Ph. B. He then went into Yolo County and took charge of his father�s farm near Davisville, a beautiful place of 2,100 acres, in which he now has an interest. There are ninety acres in grapes and sixty in almonds, but his attention is chiefly devoted to the rearing of horses and mules and grain-raising. April 20, 1887, he was united in matrimony, in San Francisco, with Miss Addie E. Rankin, who was born in that city October 29, 1860. They have one child, born May 6, 1888, named Morgan E.
