He at once applied himself to the study of the law, and made such rapid progress that a year later he was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court. He then formed a partner ship with James F. Smith, practicing his profession until two years ago, when he was elected Justice of the Peace. Judge Murasky has been noted since boyhood as a scholar, standing in the front rank in all his classes.
