Sacramento County Biographies NATHAN PATTON Transcribed by: Nancy Pratt Melton This file is part of the California Genealogy & History Archives http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~cagha/index.htm BRIGHTON TOWNSHIP Page 250 Post Office, Walsh Station; lives fourteen miles from Sacramento; was born in Missouri in 1810, and lived there until 1853, engaged in farming; he came to California in that year, across the plains, and was in El Dorado County until 1858, when he came to this county; owns one hundred and sixty acres, worth, with improvements, about $1500. He was married in 1835 to Miss E. Stephenson, a native of Kentucky; she died 1849; he was married again in 1850 to Miss A. E. Wilson; they have, living, five sons and three daughters.
