FRED E. PIERCE, Los Angeles
 
Born Walton, N. Y., Aug. 21, 1866, one of eight sons and one daughter now living 
in Los Angeles. Came to Cal. 1881 and since has been identified with the 
business interests of Los Angeles and So. Cal. Pres. Pierce Bros. Undertaking 
Co.; Vice Pres. of City and County Bank since organization in October, 1908. 
Republican and Assemblyman, 1907-8; Mem. Los Angeles Commandery No. 9, K. T.; 
Grand Patriarch I. O. O. F., 1907-8; mem. Union League Club. Married, 1890, Miss 
Alice May Parmeter of Los Angeles.
