California, particularly is fortunate in its splendid representation. It ranks first in members in the National organization, with an enrollment of over 43,000 members. The California Congress of Mothers and Parent-Teacher Associations has a representation in practically every school district of the State. Each “Mothers’ Club” bears the name of the public school to which it is allied.
