Veterans Funeral in P.G. Funeral services for William Michael McCord, 83 year old G.A.R. veteran who passed away at his home, 514 Forest avenue, Pacific Grove, Monday, were held yesterday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock in J.K. Paul’s funeral parlors. Rev. J.B. Currie of the Congregational church officiated. the remains were shipped to Oakland this morning for cremation. The deceased was a native of Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of the Grove for only about four months. Death followed heart failure. He leaves to mourn his loss two sisters, living t the Forest Avenue home in the Grove.
