(Pacific Grove Daily Review December 9, 1920) Death of Colonel Sharp Colonel Neal J. Sharp died at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, December 8, 1920, at his home at 217 Eighteenth street, aged 87 years, 4 months and 21 days. He was a native of Illinois, and his war record will be given in a later issue of the Review. The funeral will be held from J.A. Paul’s parlors tomorrow (Friday) at 10 o’clock a.m. under the auspices of Fairchild Post No. 179, Grand Army of the Republic, and presumed that Chaplain Clements will officiate at the services. Burial will be made in El Carmelo Cemetery.
