Smith's Company ("H"), 7th Regiment of Infantry California VOLUNTEERS who was Commissioned by the Governor of Cal. enrolled on the Tenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five to serve Three years or during the war, is hereby Discharged from the service of the United States, this First day of March, 1866, at Drum Barracks, California by reason of Honorable Muster out of service (No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist*.)
