THE COURTS AND JUDICIARY About the courts of a county cling some of its most interesting reminiscences, and by their acts are formed many of its most important historical pages. These will be found scattered through the volume in many places; while in the pages immediately following will be given a history of the organization of the various courts, and the changes in their composition. This will be followed by a list of the justices of the peace who have qualified and served since the organization of the county. Also will be given a list of the judges and members of the bar, with biographies of those gentlemen of the most prominence.
