Morgan, CO, Feb. 4, 1928, she moved to San Francisco at age 10 and has been a resident of Fremont for 41 years. She was 75. As a result of a blind date in 1949, Patsy met and married Wm. H. Adair of SF in 1950. This happy union lasted 46 years until Bill's death in 1996. Patsy was the loving mother of three children, Nancy Little of San Ramon, Victoria Adair of San Jose, and James Adair of Georgia. She is also survived by her dear brother and sister-in-law, James and Claire Finney of Fremont, grandchildren, Joel, Megan and Kyle Adair, Craig and Janelle Little, and Karen and Amy Hudgins, nephews, Sean and Steven Finney, and dear friends Jean and Don Ciucci, Joseph and Barbara Videtich, Ray and Julie Souza, and many, many others. Patsy enjoyed bowling, painting, ceramics and music. In her early career, she worked for the SF Chamber of Commerce and Matson Shipping. Later, she worked for Cloverleaf Bowl for many years as a league promoter and bowling instructor. Many lasting friendships developed through "the Bowl". She could be found Friday afternoons bowling with her senior friends on the "Hot Shots" league. Patsy touched the lives of everyone she met with her sweet disposition, courage and strength. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She has given an everlasting gift of love to us all and her memory will be cherished in our hearts forever. Memorial services will be held Sunday, Dec. 28 at 1:00 pm at the Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Hillman Memorial Scholarship Fund at Cloverleaf Bowl, 40645 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538, or to the American Cancer Society, Tri-Cities Units, 1900 Mowry Ave, Ste. 405, Fremont, CA 94538.
