Paul Allison, 47, died July 15, 2009 at his home in Barstow. He was born July 8, 1962 
in San Francisco and had lived the last six years in Barstow. 

Paulwas a 1980 graduate of Fillmore High School in Fillmore. He played in the marching 
band all four years. Some of the instruments he played were trumpet, baritone and guitar. 
He worked at the Serenity Shoppe for many years. 

Surviving Paul are his mother, Mary Collins of Barstow; father, Edward Allison of Fillmore; 
brother, Dave Allison of Joliet, Ill.; daughter, Tiffany Allison of Boise, Idaho; grandparents, 
James and Muriel Pennington of Paso Robles; niece, Lauren Allison of Joliet, Ill.; and 
many aunts, uncles and cousins from California to Oklahoma. 

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin 
Road. The funeral service will follow at noon. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Tiffany Allison Trust Fund 
in Memory of Paul Allison, Bank of America, account # 00825-07147.
